- E-mail the receipt of your deposit or transfer with your full name and the Immersion you are paying for (full pack, only saturday, only sunday, financed pack 1/2/3) to crea.te.ourense@gmail.com

- Your place will be FULLY RESERVED when we e-mail you saying we've RECEIVED your receipt and it's CORRECT.

IMPORTANT:

 * When the Immersion is fully booked we will open a waiting list following the order of the receptions.

* The IMMERSION is personal, each place is reserved under the name of only one person.

* The place in the FINANCED PACK is NOT RESERVED until all the three payments have been received by the promoters.

* Payments are NOT REIMBURSABLE, except in the case the Immersion is fully booked before the last payment of the financed pack is received.

* If you cannot attend the Immersion and if your place is confirmed we have two solutions for you, always before 3/25/2016:
- contact a friend, exchange your place and send us the name of the new person before 3/25/2016, or
- let us know and we will contact a person in the waiting list so that you can exchange it before 3/25/2016.
